Mag-Shield® magnetic filtration protects your hydraulic or fluid system from the consequences of iron contamination as it happens.

These ultra-high-capacity filters work within the fluid reservoir to complement standard OEM filters and capture iron particles, boosting the effectiveness of your existing filtration system. The result is improved reliability and lower operating costs in heavy equipment, stationary systems and mobile mining equipment.

HOW MAG-SHIELD® WORKS:

Mag-Shield® is easily installed inside the reservoir with no fabrication or modification required.

  • Designed to be located to capture 100% of returning fluid without restricting or altering flow to the suction side
  • Removes ferrous material on every pass, ensuring fluid is cleaned before returning to any vital pump suction ports
  • Protects and improves the performance of traditional media filters and minimise the system entering bypass
Mag-Shield® can be used for metal reduction in most oil-based fluids including hydraulic fluid.

Mag-Shield®X is the ideal inline magnetic filtration solution for hydraulic and fluid systems.

These high-capacity canister-style filters easily complement your existing filtration and protects your system by removing over 98% of ferrous particles on each circulation, without flow restriction or cavitation.

There is no other inline filter available with the same magnetic surface and effectiveness to improve reliability and lower operating costs.

Accurate diagnostics to minimise failures in fluid systems

 

Mag-Probe® is a self-sealing magnetic diagnostic tool that lets you test fluid systems for ferrous contaminants quickly, simply and safely. Our patented technology detects and displays iron-containing contaminants without risking spills, clean-up or further contamination of the fluid system.

MAG-PROBE® HELPS YOU:

  • A simpler and cleaner process for extracting fluid samples
  • A real-time visual indication of ferrous contamination in the fluid, and
  • The power to make more accurate and effective maintenance decisions

HOW MAG-PROBE® WORKS:

Mag-Probe® ́s are easy to install and are designed with:

  • The 'probe' component is embedded with rare earth magnets which infiltrates the fluid flow to capture ferrous fines, flakes or particles in the system.
  • The 'probe' is protected by the 'body', which includes a spring-activated ball that seals the probe to prevent leaks or spills for clean extraction and easy interchangeability.
Mag-Probe® can be used for multiple applications including front and rear wheel groups; wheel motor filler caps; and drain points in the reservoir on all types of machinery.
